• I ship all artwork worldwide!

• For all fine art prints, original drawings, small paintings and ornaments, the typical processing time is 1-3 days. You will received a tracking number once the item ships.

• For all larger original paintings and canvas prints, the typical processing time is 3-5 days. You will received a tracking number once the item ships.

Domestic (USA):

• All fine art prints, original drawings, small paintings and ornaments ship at a flat rate of $3.99

• All larger original paintings (11x14" and above) and canvas prints ship at a flat rate of $10.99

​

International:

• All fine art prints, original drawings, small paintings and ornaments ship at a flat rate of $10.99

• All larger original paintings (11x14" and above) and canvas prints ship at a flat rate of $19.99

Paying with AfterPay

​

• AfterPay is a third party partner of Art by Suzann, and allows you to pay for any artwork with 4 interest-free installments! This service is available to USA and Canadian residents. ​

• When you select your payment at checkout, choose "Pay with AfterPay"​​

  • You will be directed to AfterPay to complete checkout​

  • After the first payment, the artwork with be marked "Sold"
  • ​You will be billed 4 automatic payments every two weeks

  • Once the artwork is paid in full, it will be shipped immediately!

Return Policy

​

• I do accept returns for domestic (USA) fine art prints. It is very important that you are satisfied with the artwork you receive. However, if you are not happy and you would like to return your purchase, please send me a message (up to 5 business days after delivery). I will send you a return label. Please note that the print must be returned to me unused and in the same condition as when it was sent.

• I do not accept returns for international orders, original artwork, or custom pieces.

Suzann Toni Petrongolo retains all Copyrights & Reproduction Rights of sold original artworks, custom commission work, and prints.

Information you provide through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues. Subscribers to the mailing list will only receive artwork related announcements, and may unsubscribe at any time.

Requesting Custom Work

​

Please message me via the contact form on the "Home" page if you are interested in a custom painting or drawing! I would be honored to do something special for you. 

 

We will set up a time to discuss your idea and give you a range of how much the final work is expected to cost. Then there will be a small fee of $25.00 for me to draw and send you initial variations of the artwork based on our conversation. After that, the final price will be decided. There will be half upfront payment upon starting. I will discuss if you'd like any changes made before I finalize the piece. The other half of the payment will be due upon completion. Thank you!
